Black screen: You need a Flash player to play NeuroFrenz. To play on your iPad, see our iPad section below. To get a Flash player for any other device, see our Flash section below.

iPad: To play on your iPad, there is a browser app available for purchase (around $5.50) called Photon which enables you to play flash games on your iPad. It is pretty quick and easy to configure and means that you do not have to miss out on the NeuroFRENZ fun. Click here for their Help page to learn more.

FLASH: If you've received a message saying that "You need a FLASH player" or "You don't have the correct version of Flash" then you need to get the latest FLASH player. Click here to download the latest FLASH player.

If nothing at all happened , then you either have a "games" window already open, or you need to ENABLE JAVA ..... so .... to ENABLE JAVA,  click here

POP-UPS: - If you've received a message about pop-ups, you need to allow pop-ups for trusted sites by altering the settings in your browser. Google "how to enable pop-ups on" your browser and allow pop-ups for www.brainfoodfactory.com.

If you can't access a NEW QUIZ, or if you are not seeing an updated Page, you need to close any Brain Food Factory windows (except this one), then press <CTRL><F5> (at the same time). This should give you the latest version of every page. Now go back and see if you have the latest version ..... If not, come back and read on ...

If you are still unable to access  the latest version of a Quiz or Menu, you may need to contact your server and explain that you are not seeing the most recent versions of Web Pages.
